Brilliant, moderate ruby-red, slightly lighter edged.

The nose is softly full and fragrant, nuances of red cherries, raspberries melded with a bit of earth, game, spice and cherry blossom. Medium-light bodied, aromas of Bing cherries, raspberries intermix dark herbs and earth, linger with subtle barrel spice. Finely extracted tannin provides a slightly grainy mouthfeel and rounded by plush, creamy MLF detail.

This is a red-fruited Pinot Noir with lively acidity and a creamy, fine-grainy mouthfeel.

Match with pulled pork and tuna salad over the next 2-3 years.
