The flagship from Two Paddocks – an organically grown barrel choice from the estate properties. In 2018 this wine become constituted of the four Neill own family Central Otago vineyards. These small websites are high-density planted in a range of clonal cloth cropped to beneath 5 Tonne per hectare with maximum vineyard practices carried out via hand. As in the vineyard, the wine is hand crafted the use of conventional techniques which include a 25% whole bunch, indigenous fermentation and hand plunging. Maturation is in French barriques for 10 months, the use of a mix of older and new (20%) barrels. Vegan pleasant.
