Thomson Whisky brings you an update from the barrel. Made from 100% New Zealand grown malted barley, smoked using South Island Peat, and distilled through our copper pot still, it’s our Peated release in its youth. Notes on flavour – iodine, smoke, and sweet vanillins.
This special anticipation bottling will give enthusiasts the opportunity to experience the developing flavours of this young peated malt or collect one of this limited release.
Aged in mini casks made from ex-bourbon barrels the tasting notes include iodine, smoke and sweet vanillins.
