Our Single Pot Still is crafted using a recipe of 50% Unmalted Spring Barley and 50% Malted Barley.

A combination of Virgin Oak, Ex-Wine and Ex-Bourbon Barrels give us a citrusy grapefruit on the nose, with a luscious peach, white pepper and lychee palate.
