The nose has vibrant fruit intensity, with musky nectarine and stone fruit pith, white-fleshed peaches and cream coupled with subtle toasty oak aromas. There are also nuances of roasted nut, subtle jersey caramel notes and a chalky minerality.
The palate shows textural weight and balance with a soft, creamy finish, and all the flavours are bound together with well-structured and well-integrated layers of oak complexity.
Serve lightly chilled on its own or as an accompaniment to a wide range of dishes including white meat, poultry, pasta and fresh seafood.
