Ripe stone fruit aromas are complemented by a subtle oak influence. On the palate, citrus and white peach characters give way to a soft and creamy mouthfull, producing a wine of medium body and a lingering finish.
Gentle handling and cool fermentation were key in achieving the characters of this wine.
A small percentage of malolactic fermentation fills out the palate yet early bottling has retained freshness.
