Lagavulin—is peated to 35 PPM at the famed Port Ellen maltings using peat from Islay’s Castlehill Peat Bog.
Lagavulin 8 has a sweet and smoky nose. The palate shows strong peat, with a well balanced body, not harsh, rich in dark fruit and leather. Smoke hits on the finish, along delicious sweetness and floral notes.
