A blend of Shiraz from old vines across three key South Australian regions – the Barossa, McLaren Vale and Lower Murray. Aged partially in large 300L French hogshead barrels (thus the name!) – the same barrels used back in the day to ship all non-living cargo to all four corners of the globe (apparently there were four corners back then) – beads, nails, salted fish, rope, you name it!
