Yanghe Daqu was first made in the Sui and Tang dynasties. It began to flourish in the Ming and Qing dynasties, and was presented as tribute to Qing royals.
After the founding of the country, the famous liquor was able to be enjoyed by citizens across the nation.
In 1979, Yanghe Daqu made the ranks of China’s top-eight famous spirits. It also has been named a national-level liquor three times.
Yanghe Daqu is a Strong Aroma Baijiu, and the ingredients are including Sorghum, wheat, barley and peas.
Tasting Notes: Fragrant, full of fruity and floral notes, along with a scattering of leafy, herbal flavours, including mint.
