This drink is used for the Junmai Premium sake and the juice of the Yuzu Mountain In Kochi Prefecture.
Mountain yuzu (a hybrid of tangerine and Ichan lemon) is a Japanese traditional citrus that has a rich aroma and taste.
Fresh aroma of mountain yuzu with tangerine notes and sweet taste create a really refined drink – low-alcohol liqueur, cooked without flavor, oxidizer, dye, preservative.
Sake – 100% of rice,
rice resurfacing – 50% residue
– sake – Junmai class, made from pure rice without the addition of alcohol,
– natural yuzu juice with pulp (10%),

It is recommended to serve chilled or with ice, can be served in the form of sorbet. It fits well with Japanese and French cuisine.
