Sandalford spares no expense at any stage of their production to ensure that each wine is a benchmark in it’s own right. Both the white and red wines utilise only the very best new French and American Oak barriques as style dictates. Impossible not to enjoy this. It’s soft, generous, mouth filling and delicious – all the big guns of red wine enjoyment. It tastes of sundry summer berries and cedary, coffeed oak, though in truth it all comes across as soft and seamless. Mighty fine wine to drink.
