All the grapes of this wine were estate-grown on both alluvial flat and sunny north-facing slopes.
After fermentation for 3 weeks, the wine was racked and kept on light lees to develop superb textural characteristics that are the hallmark of our Sauvignon Blanc.

Aromas of passionfruit, lime zest and white nectarine with subtle musky complexity.
Fresh and intensely aromatic. The palate is lively and vibrant leading to a mouthwatering finish.
Flavours of gooseberry, passionfruit and classic citrus notes, with a long and succulent finish, make it very appealing.
