Based on a popular 80’s cocktail, this tropical premix is sweet, fun and a great way to while away a summer’s eve.

INGREDIENTS

2 parts Midori® Melon Liqueur
½ part DeKuyper® Triple Sec
½ part Pinnacle® Vodka
1 part lemon juice
1 part pineapple juice
Pineapple wedge/slice for garnish

METHOD

Fill the glass with ice. In a cocktail shaker, pour Midori®, triple sec, vodka, lemon juice, and pineapple juice. Add ice and shake well. Pour shaken contents into the glass and garnish with a pineapple wedge/slice.
