Full, rounded fruit flavours of raspberry, cherry, and ripe plum, balanced with caramel and vanilla oak characters.Soft, balanced wine with subtle oak flavours integrated with the lifted raspberry and plum fruit flavours.
The grapes were sourced from various irrigated and dry land vineyards, and picked at optimum flavour ripeness by machine during the cool of the night. Grapes were fermented for a period of 7 days at moderate temperatures.
The grapes were then pressed through our tank presses and then clarified and seeded with malolactic bacteria.
After this fermentation the wine was then centrifuged, blended and matured on oak prior to bottling.
