This is a structured and elegantly mature wine, with a lively attack and a smooth palate. Brut Premier is produced from a blend of four years’ vintages, of which three are derived from its unique collection of reserve wines which slowly age in large oak vats for over five years. The blend is composed of 66% red grapes (essentially Pinot Noir) and 34% white grapes (Chardonnay).
