A popular Kiwi favourite this wine is made with 100% Pinot Gris grapes offering lush flavours and soft acidity.

With gentle floral flavours of crushed rose petals balanced with freshly cut pear and a hint of ginger this makes our Lindauer Pinot Gris a light and aromatic sparkling wine. An off-dry style with excellent balance and a lingering finish.

Name:

The name Pinot is French for Pine and refers to how the grapes grow on the vine, in a tight cone shaped bunch. The word Gris is French for grey because the grapes turn a greyish-blue-pink in the final days before harvest. Pinot Gris is a cousin of Pinot Noir.
