Internationally renowned white and red table wines are produced under the Kumeu River label, with grapes grown exclusively in Kumeu, and mostly from the family estate. Michael Brajkovich, New Zealand’s first M.W. is the winemaker. Only hand-harvested fruit is used and traditional vinification techniques are chosen to best enhance the natural attributes of the grapes.
