Jozen-Mizunogotoshi Pure Rice Sake 白瀧酒造-上善如水-純米吟釀清酒 720ml

The nose has a light strawberry feel. Bright green apple tones and the dry nature of the sake really highlight the natural rice flavor. A whisk of light caramel creates a quiet balance. There is thin layer of umami from the rice hiding in the crispness of the green apple. The sake does have a clean, quick finish but after a moment a rich rice aftertaste blossoms.Best served chilled.
