Brewed at Kobayashi Shuzo Honten in Hakata, Fukuoka. This brewery was established in 1792, and has seen 8 generations of sake brewers. Sake rice used is locally grown Yamadanishiki.
Rich ripe pear nose, a touch of mint with hints of herbs… lovely full flavour on the palate and a long and super dry (Cho-Karakuchi) finish!
