For decades, Daniel Le Brun has been dedicated to delivering the finest quality methode traditionnelle wines available in NZ. The adherence to traditional champagne making techniques since the brand’s inception has enabled Daniel Le Brun to become one of New Zealand’s most respected methode traditionnelle wine labels, recognised for its superb distinctive style and character.
The Daniel Le Brun Blanc de Blancs has aromas of Braeburn apple, grapefruit and white-fleshed nectarine, enhanced by subtle notes of homemade short-crust pastry and freshly baked bread. A fine delicate mousse provides a lovely creaminess and leads into a rich intense mid-palate. The searing backbone of ripe racy acidity that characterises this wine carries through from start to finish.
