The double Trophy winning Sauvignon Blanc is a Marlborough classic, fresh and expressive with bundles of varietal character. Crisp with passion fruit and grapefruit flavours, it’s destined to be your new favourite Sauv.
For this wine we selected individual parcels of Sauvignon Blanc from our vineyards in the Awatere Valley and the Wairau Valley. After harvesting, we fermented each parcel individually using specially selected Sauvignon Blanc yeast strains that work to really enhance the varietal character. Over the next four weeks a long, cool fermentation took place, with the parcels then being blended, stabilised, and bottled.
The sweet fruit characters on the palate, together with the fresh acidity, create an expressive Sauvignon Blanc that’s beautiful with barbequed fresh seafood.
