Ichinokura ‘Kuranohana’ Junmai Daiginjo Sake 一之藏 藏之花 纯米大吟酿清酒 720mL

This sake made with a special brewing rice has a rich nose filled with strawberry,  honeydew melon, and floral elements. This is a super smooth brew that is fat, lush,  and juicy and is a simple pleasure in the palate. Talk about a sake with personality.  This one has it!

It’s sort of beefy, but very feminine in the same breath with hints of  honeydew melon, berries and honey. So smooth but also so even. Nothing about this  great tasting sake rocks the boat, as it drinks like pure comfort.
